Mission
The mission of the Center For Clinical Investigation (CCI) is to: 1) facilitate the process of clinical and translational research in Cleveland; 2) advance in knowledge of risk factors, outcomes and treatment effectiveness in the population; 3) facilitate the transfer of scientific advances to the community; and 4) develop a new generation of clinical researchers equipped with the skills needed to efficiently design, implement, and interpret novel studies that address important public health questions.
About Us
The CCI is in the Division of General Medical Sciences at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and is the academic home of the Cleveland Clinical and Translational Science Collaborative (NCRR CTSA Award UL1-RR02498). CCI faculty and staff have expertise in medical informatics as well as database design and development, study design, and statistical analysis. CCI members also participate in the development and administration of academic programs specifically geared toward clinical investigators.
CCI Collaboration
